Peter Wang handles complex disputes and antitrust matters in China, the United States, and worldwide. He leads Jones Day’s antitrust practice in China and has extensive knowledge of both Chinese and U.S. antitrust matters. He has handled significant U.S. and Chinese government antitrust investigations of proposed mergers and acquisitions, including GM’s acquisition of Delphi, Alcatel’s merger with Lucent, America Online’s merger with Time Warner, and Procter & Gamble’s acquisition of Clairol. He also has been involved in many nonmerger investigations and antitrust litigation.
