Romain is an associate within the EU competition group. He trained in the competition departments of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Jones Day and Ashurst and has also completed a six-month internship at the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. He regularly advises on cartel law, leniency, antitrust procedures, merger control and distribution law in France and Europe. A graduate of the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne (DEA in Community Law, 2006) and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris (diploma, Economic Law, 2008), Romain was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. Romain speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
